All items are shipped from London, shipping fees will be added at checkout. Customs charges and sales tax are to be paid by the customer and non-refundable.
Returns
Standard orders may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. To request a return or exchange, please email [joana-kazmaier@web.de]. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All returns are inspected, and items returned in unsuitable condition may be sent back to you. Custom sizes and special orders are not eligible for return.
